Housing dilemma

I'm way wicked conflicted with the problem of not owning a house.

A two bedroom apartment in a non transitional neighborhood of brooklyn within twenty min. of Manhattan will cost around 450 thousand dollars. It just feels outrageous.

What happens if there is deflation like in the late Eighties?

Ok somebody said just buy a place and if its not worth what you paid for it, that just means you're just stuck there until you pay it off.

I just don't know a way around it.

Blogging in education, if you build it will they use it?

I want to get blogging into the process of understanding the new teacher hires.

My guess is the first arguements against it will be centered around something like,"they'll just use it to complain." But I think that is a perfect reason to do it. Just do it where the evironment is closed.

Winter reflections

Only 5 more days until the official start. Like every year I'm wondering how wintery it will be. I think at one point in my life in my mid twenties I decided there couldn't be a god because the whole season thing seemed way too inefficient for an all knowing being's creation.

In any event I am ready.
